Wonderful to know there are still honest folks in the business world who treat duhs like us (when it comes to purchasing homes, we seem to fall on the funny side of "oops" sometimes)....we did take your advice, trotted ourselves over to “Our Big Bank” immediately, began proceedings and within an hour we had our approvals in place. They were quite happy to bridge the mortgage we held and even upped the ante in the event we needed more. You can rest assured your name was given to them at the bank - they were mighty pleased with you! You will be mentioned a few more times before we are done with them!
